I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient wake-up call service provided by the Duke of York, ensuring I never missed a morning appointment. the complimentary toiletries were of high quality, adding a luxurious touch to my experience. the electric kettle in the room made it convenient for me to enjoy a hot cup of tea whenever I pleased. the flat-screen TV provided excellent entertainment options, and the carpeted floor added a touch of comfort to the room. Overall, the Duke of York exceeded my expectations in every aspect, creating a truly exceptional stay.
